DeChavel has warehouses located in over 15 countries. Hence, international shipping will usually take between 10 to 25 business working days.

All of the normal import paperwork is dealt with in house. Customs require us to provide a full invoice of the goods being shipped together with any other relevant information required by law.
IMPORTANT: If we are shipping to a customer from outside the EU or one of the following countries:
Bosnia, Iceland, Lichtenstein, Norway, Serbia and Switzerland
As a requirement by law we must add our address, the cost of the goods in the form of an invoice on the customs shipping declaration.
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES INSIDE THE EU DO NOT REQUIRE THIS.
